Yes, your chauffeur can either call you or SMS you on arrival
How far in advance do I need to book?
We advise booking at the earliest time possible to avoid disappointment as bookings are made on a first come first served basis. That being said, do not hesitate to call and ask. We may have availability for short notice bookings.

Do young children count as passengers?
I’m bringing a baby, do you provide baby/child seats?
Unfortunately we do not provide baby/child seats
How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email and or SMS confirmation of your booking.
Do you do long distance trips and tours?
Yes we do
Do you do last minute/short notice transfers or tours?
We advise you to inform us at the earliest time possible to ensure your full request can be arranged. We will do our best to book in last minute/short notice requests.
Will the vehicle have umbrellas available?
When do I pay for my booking?
We require a £50 non refundable deposit with the balance due on the day. Deposits can be made via: Paypal, BACS, Credit or Debit card.
Do we accept credit cards?
Yes but we charge a £3.50 fee per transaction.
Do you have a price list?
We do not have a price list, as all quotes are based on time/distance etc. Please call 0208 226 5950 for an accurate quote.
Will I be charged extra for entering the congestion charge zone?
No you won’t
Do we offer discounts if I book regularly or have numerous cars that I require?
Yes, call for more information.
Does our prices include VAT or is VAT extra?
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Is the drivers tip/gratuity included in the price?
No, tipping is at your own discretion.
Is there a cancellation charge if I have to cancel the booking?
Cancellations received less than five (5) days before the hire period will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the hire period will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Do you charge for alterations to the booking?
It depends on the alteration.
Will the chauffeur drive gently and considerately?
The chauffeur will always drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Will my chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?
What is said in the car stays in the car!
Will my chauffeur chat to passenger(s)?
Our chauffeurs will be polite at all times. If the passenger would like to talk or ask questions then the chauffeur will then happily respond.
Will my chauffeur carry my luggage?
Chauffeurs will always offer to help carry your bags and luggage.
Will my chauffeur be smart and wear a suit and tie?
Our chauffeurs are dressed for the occasion. We wear a suit and tie as standard for any booking and for weddings we can even wear a top hat and tails (on request).
Will I be given the name and telephone number of my chauffeur?
Yes, the contact details of your chauffeur will be given to you at least 24 hours prior to your booking date.
Will the driver get my door?
Yes the driver will get your door as standard unless you ask him not to.
Will my vehicle be clean?
All vehicles are washed daily and are regularly valet.
Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?
Will bottled water be available in the vehicle?
How old are your vehicles?
All of our vehicles are 4 years old or younger.
I hate to smell smoke in a car, is the car non smoking?
All cars are non smoking.
How many people can fit in the car?
All of our cars can fit 4 people comfortably.
Will the car be decorated?
Yes we decorate the cars with ribbons and bows as standard for all Weddings and available on request for other events.
Can you play music?
Yes all cars are fitted with ipod / iphone and AUX connectivity as well as CD and radio facilities. Feel free to bring your CDs, ipods and Iphones.
